This project is also a typical user-side energy storage application scenario in mining areas. Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine provides the site to build one 1MW/2MWh and one 2MW/4MWh energy storage system, with a total installed capacity of 3MW/6MWh, container-type energy storage configuration, and 6kV grid-connected voltage level.
The products used in this project have 5-level simulation verification, 4-level early warning mechanism, 4-level fuse protection and 4-level linkage fire protection measures to ensure the safety of the energy storage system in an all-round way. At the same time, cloud platform big data analysis, remote maintenance intelligent diagnosis, AI investment income analysis and optimized operation strategies are used to achieve system intelligence and efficiency. After the project is successfully implemented, it can significantly save mining electricity bills and achieve an arbitrage model of low storage and high generation.
On September 25, 2024, Zhejiang Communications Investment Zhedong Mining Co., Ltd. started construction of its Toushan Mine Energy Storage Project in Sanmen County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is reported that this is the first 10KV high-voltage user-side energy storage project in Sanmen County and is planned to be put into use in December.
The total installed capacity of the project is 4MW/8.2MWh energy storage system, container-type energy storage configuration, using the "two charging and two discharging" operation mode, and 10KV grid-connected voltage level. This project is a typical user-side energy storage application scenario in mining areas. After the project is completed, it is expected to save nearly 3 million yuan in electricity bills every year.
